DESCRIPTION:

This 10 1/2 x 14 room lies off the living room. It can be used as a den or small office. The current resident uses it as a crafts room, building dollhouses and toys for grandchildren. It also houses the stereo system and audio controls for the living area. Sliding glass doors lead out to the West patio and swimming pool.
